As the Managing Director of Bayswater Education Canada, I oversee the operations and business development of a global network of colleges that deliver quality English language education to international students. I have more than 20 years of experience in the education and human resources sector, with a proven track record of building efficiencies, forging positive and lucrative relationships, and managing teams.
I am passionate about supporting organizations and professionals to achieve their full potential, and creating educational opportunities for underprivileged students. Bayswater Education matches each week of paid tuition with a week of education for a student in need, aligning with my mission to inspire and educate. Previously, I led the Canadian operations of ELS Language Services, where I pioneered a technological transformation and achieved a significant EBITDA gain during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also founded It's Academic, a specialized recruiting firm that provided HR support for educational organizations in North America and abroad.
